■Action guideline on privacy protection
1 Personal information of the company's customers will not be disclosed or leaked to any third party. However, this rule does not apply in the following cases:
- ・ When the name and address of the customer are disclosed to a delivery company: in case such information is necessary for this company and the contracted company to fulfill their contractual obligations to the customer.
- ・ When it is necessary to disclose the customer's personal information on demand from a court, other legal or government organization, in accordance with laws and regulations.
- ・ In order to avoid inconvenience or damages to this company or its associates due to a dispute between the customer and another customer or third party.
2 A customer's personal information such as the customer's name, address, telephone number, email address, etc., submitted for an inquiry shall be used by Zero Emission Co. Ltd. in the following manner:
- ・ For information analysis (customer base analysis, etc.)
- ・ For providing information on new products and services, and conducting customer surveys.
